🦉🦉🦉🦉 It’s OWL in a days work for one of our Waco PD Commanders, a City of Waco Animal Protection Officer and a few construction contractors…. This great-horned owl got himself stuck between the second floor of the Foster Pavilion parking garage and one of the big screens hanging off the side.
