Pelican Patient Update 🩺 This Brown Pelican (23-783) arrived to our center in late February when concerned citizens noticed hook and line coming from the bird’s mouth. Fortunately, both internal and external hooks were removed without much damage to the soft tissues. After 32 days in rehabilitation, this patient has graduated to the final stage in the rehabilitation process.
