Replying to @Tammy even if your name is not on the title - if it is marital property, it will probably be divided in the #divorce - don’t let people financially gaslight you in this process. They will say you get nothing and that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true. They would have to claim that the asset is separate and then they would have to prove that it was purchased prior to the marriage or with money from inheritance or separate in nature. The burden approve is on them.
