Homemade Caramel Corn is probably my favorite treat to make, although I mostly only make it around the holiday season. I’m a big popcorn fan. Years ago, I discovered that I strongly prefer my caramel corn made with freshly popped non-microwaved popcorn. This year’s batch turned out as delicious as ever!
