A new Army Leadership Code has been launched by General Sir Nick Carter KCB CBE DSO ADC Gen, Chief of the General Staff. The new code, based on the Army's core values and standards, aims to address bullying, harassment and discrimination and improve standards of leadership at every level. WO1 Army Sergeant Major Glenn Haughton, the Army's most senior soldier and champion of the Army Leadership Code, will be pivotal in ensuring the code is implemented through the chain of command. | British Army
