Dinner this week took a bit of a theme, though I didn’t plan it that way. We started with pizza meatballs—half beef, half sausage, a little almond flour, and plenty of mozzarella. The house smelled incredible, but I forgot to film them coming out of the oven. Too busy setting up a picnic dinner with our grandson, who was thoroughly pleased with his little plate of meatballs and pear sauce. Then there was turkey crust pizza.
