Session two of Citizens’ Correctional Academy took participants inside the Lois M. DeBerry Special Needs Facility, which serves as the primary site for inmate clinical and mental health care in the state. CCA participant Ryan Hamilton said he looked forward to learning about how TDOC is preparing inmates for re-entry amid their health challenges.
