Six of the youngest Turpin siblings filed a lawsuit over their allegedly abusive foster parents. They claim Riverside County and the foster care provider knew their foster parents were unfit and had a prior history of physically and emotionally abusing children. The Turpin siblings were originally removed from their biological parents after being severely abused. The attorney representing some of the siblings says the children went on to suffer three more years of abuse in foster care. | Inside
