Let’s look at the Black Locust tree today or robinia pseudoacacia :) pardon my horse voice but this tree is all toxic except for the sweet delish flowers it produces in the spring. So let’s make FRITTELLE DI FIORI D'ACACIA from Rowena Dumlao. It’s a very short window so don’t miss it! The compound toxalbumins causes gastrointestinal distress but is only absent in the flowers.
