Feb 28, 2025 · Myself and several of my neighbors, who are all Xfinity customers, have not been able to use Xfinity internet since February 23. The outage coincided with a storm which knocked out electric power for a large part of my community. The electric power was restored a day later on February 24, but the internet service remained not working.

If there's no internet/wi-fi, there's no way for most of us to use the link provided nor the app without leaving home and going to an area outside of the outage area. I have T-Mobile also and had no service for nearly as long as the over 24 hrs Xfinity outage.

They called me back this morning and lectured me about their policies and said they would not change anything. I hung up. They then shut off my internet! - this occurred while I was filing a report with the FCC.

Oct 10, 2024 · Our internet has been out for two days. Each time we call Xfinity and check online, we are told there is a power outage. Our area has no power outage, and we are the only Xfinity customer on our street who doesn't have access. We were told they would have it fixed by 3:20 over 24 hours ago, and no updates since then.

Jan 5, 2023 · You can't fake it. If they wanted to look, most power and internet companies have outage maps that can be easily accessed. There are also sites like down detector. Best to just take PTO. Surely you can plan ahead one day. If you have sick days, you don't need 24 hour notice to predict when you'll be sick.

Jan 19, 2024 · 97477. Outage since the 14th. Application and outage map have given nearly a dozen false estimates on when internet will be back up, and is void of an ETA any other time. Confirming my address when seeking to speak to a representative gets me auto disconnected. Feeling very lied to and ignored.

The same happened with the rainstorm on the 16th of May. Our Xfinity Internet service provision was interrupted after the rainstorm for a few days.
