VERNON, Texas (KAUZ) - Teachers in Vernon Independent School District are receiving a pay increase for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

The Shree Raam Narayan Mandir in Dairy Road, Marburg elected its new executive members recently. Leading the organisation are chairperson Rocky Ramsingh and vice-chairperson Rithlall Bechoo.

The 2025 Sale of Champions at the Knox County Fair on July 25 garnered $85,350 for the youth livestock exhibitors.
