Officials Wednesday identified a 25-year-old Vancouver man as the driver involved in an Aug. 6 hit-and-run crash in east Vancouver that injured at least 10 people.

Matthew Haynes allegedly fled the scene on foot and ran to his apartment, prompting a SWAT team to be called in.

Law enforcement officials in Vancouver are currently trying to locate a suspect who hit multiple cars in a crash that left several people injured, authorities said.
