Heavy rain and thunderstorms Wednesday have left at least 20,000 Oncor customers without power. Those numbers included roughly 15,000 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area without power, with 10,000 in Dallas County, 5,700 in Tarrant County at about 2:30 p.m. Flash flood warnings have been issued in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Johnson and Denton Counties. Many of those are expected to last until early to mid-afternoon.
