The New York City Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a man believed to be from Atlanta who is accused of shooting someone at a business in the city.

The NYPD is asking the public to assist them in finding the two suspects who took an unoccupied subway car on a joyride last week. The pair fled the scene after the train crashed.
