DeChambeau’s T-10 finish at Portrush impressed Bradley enough for Bradley to confirm to Sports Illustrated that DeChambeau will be among the 12 players on his squad.

Bryson DeChambeau was among the players receiving a personal message from American Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley at Royal Portrush this week.

Keegan Bradley has confirmed Bryson DeChambeau will be part of his Ryder Cup team, even if he fails to qualify automatically. The US golf star is currently fifth in the Team USA qualification

Making the Ryder Cup roster is no small feat, especially for LIV Golf stars that can't earn points in the standings during their events. That won't be a problem for Bryson DeChambeau in 2025 though, with U.S. captain Keegan Bradley confirming Sunday to Sports Illustrated that the two-time major winner would make the roster.

Xander Schauffele has bounced back from a poor start to rise into second place in the Ryder Cup standings. He'll be on Team USA. JJ Spaun's US Open win has all but secured him a spot, the first rookie on the projected team. But from there, the standings tighten up.

While that's still roughly two months out, the qualification period for the U.S. Team is almost up.
