Prosecutors said Wednesday they are ready to proceed to with a third retrial of disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Weinstein’s attorney said outside the courthouse that his client was eager to get things moving and not interested in a plea deal

A jury in June convicted the disgraced movie mogul of sexually assaulting one woman, acquitted him of assaulting another, but could not reach a verdict in a third case. The judge wants another retrial to be held this year.
