Seattle began a four-game road trip ahead of the holiday break on Thursday, traveling to Canada to take on the Calgary Flames. The Kraken held a strong lead heading into the third, but the Flames came back to beat them 4-2.

SEATTLE — The Seattle Kraken traded left wing Mason Marchment to the Columbus Blue Jackets for a second round pick in 2027 and a fourth round pick in 2026. Seattle acquired Marchment this past June from Dallas for a third round pick in the last draft and a fourth round pick in next year's draft.
