Koby Altman, who has directed the recent ascension of the Cavs into contenders in the East, is now under contract through 2029-30.

Altman has been in Cleveland’s front office since 2012 and helped mold the 2016 NBA championship team. He was promoted to general manager in 2017 and was given the president title in 2018
