AT&T and Verizon's satellite partner hopes to launch a closed beta soon, but the service will be intermittent.

This is part of a $280 million investment in the factory, which currently makes about 15,000 Starlink dishes per day. The money comes from the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund.
