July 3 (UPI) -- Two minors were charged Thursday in connection with a shooting at a shopping center in Georgia. Police in Savannah have confirmed two juveniles have been charged with possession of a firearm under the age of 18, but no arrests have been made.

Police in Savannah, Georgia, responded to a mall shooting that left three injured with gunshot wounds, police said on Wednesday.

The Savannah Police Department confirmed to WTOC that there were multiple victims injured in a shooting at Oglethorpe Mall. Chatham Emergency Services said there were five victims, including at least one person with critical injuries. The local firefighters union called the incident a “dangerous situation.”
