MyPillow founder Mike Lindell does not have to pay $5 million to a software developer who tried to disprove his 2020 election interference claims, a federal appeals court ruled.

The ruling comes amid a string of legal battles for MyPillow founder Mike Lindell, a staunch ally of President Donald Trump.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell got a break Wednesday in one of the multiple lawsuits against the noted conspiracy theorist and ardent Donald Trump supporter.

"Fair or not, agreed-to contract terms may not be modified by the panel or by this court," a federal appeals court ruled in voiding an arbitration decision.

In 2021, Lindell started the "Prove Mike Wrong Challenge" during a Sioux Falls event, saying anyone who proved his data wrong would be get $5 million.

Lindell, one of the country's most prominent propagators of false claims that the 2020 election was a fraud, lost in a different case in Colorado last month.
