A Washington D.C. improv group is offering laid-off federal workers a way to cope with uncertainty through play and building skills.

Old Bay Improv is now in its second year and has big plans for the future. It’s run by Josh Rubinstein, an improv veteran who hopes to create a professional company in Harford County.
