A water main broke in Alameda on Sunday, causing streets to flood and authorities to close sections of road has been repaired, officials say.

A water main break flooded part of Main Street in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia late Friday morning, forcing road closures and leaving several businesses dealing with extensive damage.
