A teammate of Jalen Hurts was fined by the NFL after a controversial play that occurred in the Wild Card round game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers. The Philadelphia Eagles proved that they can compete for a Super Bowl spot when they defeated the Green Bay Packers in last weekend’s Wild Card round.

Jalen Hurts, in his first game since suffering a concussion on Dec. 22, started hot by completing his first six passes. Then he went cold by missing seven straight before recovering in time to lead the Eagles to a hard-fought 22-10 win Sunday.

Although the Eagles called 34 rushing plays compared to just 21 pass attempts, quarterback Jalen Hurts played his part as well. He was efficient through the air (13-for-21, 131 yards), distributing touchdown passes to wideout Jahan Dotson and tight end Dallas Goedert.
