On Sept. 5, all Airbnb listings without registration numbers or exemptions will be converted to long-term stays of 30-days or more if the host's calendar settings allow those lengthy stays.

Airbnb owners will have to follow new regulations starting in July. These regulations are being put in place due to the growing housing crisis and to legalize short-term rentals.
