Hilary Benn has rejected suggestions that Northern Ireland’s economy is being “crippled” by post-Brexit trading arrangements, amid unionist warnings over an “all-Ireland economy”.

The Welsh Government’s £26 billion budget, which includes an extra £1.6 billion for public services, was approved in a narrow vote in the Senedd on Tuesday.

Matthew Battenbough, 33, has been charged with the murder of Leanne Williams and will appear at Swansea Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday March 5.
