Video from the 37-year-old police officer's body cam shows him approaching a truck that had flipped upside down in a ditch around 1 a.m. on July 28. The officer, identified in probable cause documents as "Officer A.C.," can be heard asking if the person inside is OK. Moments later, a man is seen crawling out of the driver's window.
