Winter Storm Enzo is pounding Southeast Texas with snow and ice, and conditions on Houston roads are deteriorating rapidly.

"Our dedicated teams will remain on-site 24-7, working diligently to prepare for a swift and safe return to normal operations when weather permits," airport officials said.

Despite a rare winter storm bringing snow to the area, road closures and even H-E-B shortening its hours, some Houston restaurants and bars plan to open Tuesday. It’s still business as usual for many eating-and-drinking establishments across the city cooking up everything from steaming bowls of soup or to comforting barbecue.
