Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump made their final pitches to voters in the same part of Pennsylvania at roughly the same time.

Dixville Notch, a small town in northern New Hampshire, likes to put its stamp on elections before anyone else. The residents here are so committed, in fact, that all of them gather at midnight Eastern Time to vote as soon as legally permissible on Election Day. They then promptly tally the votes.
