Bumrah and opening batter Smriti Mandhana will be receiving the ‘Best International Cricketer’ award in the men’s and women’s categories respectively while spin legend Ravichandran Ashwin is set to be honoured after announcing his international retirement midway during the tour of Australia.

BCCI will confer Ravichandran Ashwin with a Special Award on Saturday. Jasprit Bumrah and Smriti Mandhana will receive accolades.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will honor cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar with the C K Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award. The award will be presented at the board's annual gala, the Naman Awards in Mumbai, on Saturday.

Legendary India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is set to be conferred with BCCI's lifetime achievement award at the board's award night on Saturday (February 1). Sachin played 664 matches for India at the international level across formats scoring more than 340000 runs and notching up 100 centuries.

In 2023, the lifetime honour was bestowed on former India head coach Ravi Shastri and wicket-keeping great Farokh Engineer. Overall, Tendulkar will be the 31st recipient of the award, which was instituted in 1994 in honour of India's first captain Col. C K Nayudu, who also served the game as an administrator.
