Baltimore City community partners handed out Narcan and information on how to get help after more than a dozen people were hospitalized from a suspected drug overdose on Thursday morning.

An unusually large number of overdoses sent crews searching alleys and homes for victims. Officials have not said what type of drug was involved.

At least 25 people have been admitted to hospital, some in a critical condition, in the incident in West Baltimore.
