Pakistan secured a dominant 127-run victory over West Indies in the first Test in Multan, with spinners Sajid Khan and Abrar Ahmed sharing nine wickets. Pakistan's spinners dismissed West Indies for 123 in their chase of 251.

Off-spinner Sajid Khan continued to baffle West Indies on a turning wicket and brought Pakistan to the brink of victory in the first test on Sunday. Khan replicated his first innings show with the new ball by yet again removing the top four batters as the tourists limped to 54-5 at lunch on Day 3.
