Switch-tember continues apace with more wild speculation about the Switch 2 or whatever Nintendo ends up calling its upcoming gaming console. This time it’s due to allegedly leaked manufacturing information out of China which appears to show renders of what the Switch 2 might look like as well as its specifications.

The latest leak comes from a Famiboard user named fwd-bwd. They claim to have seen a post on a Chinese message board from a line worker who claims to be working on manufacturing Nintendo's next console. They claim the system has entered full production, with each worker expected to make 1000 units per day.

According to a new leak, Nintendo is planning to announce the Switch 2 in early October and will charge $400 for the new console.

Official news on the Nintendo Switch 2 remains elusive beyond Nintendo confirming it’s working on a follow-up to its wildly popular home console/handheld hybrid system. But our wait for a first glimpse at Nintendo’s next-gen hardware may be over thanks to a new leak.

For one thing, they claim that the console will be called simply the Nintendo Switch 2, with at least one "2" logo on the body of the console to help differentiate it from the original Switch consoles.
