CHADBOURN, N.C. (WECT) - A Columbus County man is facing murder charges after a shooting that left one person dead on Sunday.

William Waters, 34, of Spartanburg, suffered a mental health episode, which led him to steal a deputy's vehicle and lead a pursuit down Interstate 26.
