NEW YORK (AP) — Harvey Weinstein faces sentencing and a possible retrial in his New York City sex crimes case, but it’s still unclear when they’ll happen — and whether the former movie mogul will end up in front of another jury at all.

Harvey Weinstein had his sentencing pushed back to the end of September and could be headed back to trial on an unresolved rape charge

A jury in June convicted the disgraced movie mogul of sexually assaulting one woman, acquitted him of assaulting another, but could not reach a verdict in a third case. The judge wants another retrial to be held this year.
