(CBS DETROIT) - A Detroit man has been charged in connection with a road rage incident where he allegedly shot at a co-worker's vehicle and later stabbed them at work.

DETROIT – There will be no charges in a double fatal shooting at a Detroit Lions tailgate on Sunday; the shooter acted in self-defense, authorities said. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced Wednesday evening that there is not sufficient evidence to charge the 40-year-old shooter with any crime.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said the man accused of the shooting acted in self defense during the Lions game-day incident at Eastern Market.
