At the 2024 Emmys, the cast of “Cheers” reunited on stage with Danson, Grammer, Perlman, Ratzenberger and Wendt. Long and Harrelson were not in attendance.

It's not like Danson is complaining about Long, though, and as he says, the joke's on him, because the decision to cast Long is probably a big reason for Cheers ' success.
