John Marion “Pete” McKenzie claimed insanity after being convicted of gunning down SAPD Detective Chief Sam Street in 1927.

Police say the man facing charges that he killed the parents, grandmother and uncle of an infant found left in a western Tennessee yard last week has been arrested.
