The Jewish Federation of Greater Houston is warning Houston residents about the "growing problem of antisemitism" in the metro after two staff members of the Israeli Embassy in Washington D.C. were killed earlier this week.

Ye’s announcement came weeks after the artist released a single called “Heil Hitler.” The morning after a shooter killed two Israeli embassy aides at a Jewish event in Washington, D.C., incendiary rapper Ye took to X with an unexpected message: “I am done with antisemitism.”

"Please pray for the families of the victims. We will bring this depraved perpetrator to justice," DHS Sec. Kristi Noem said.

After repeatedly coming under fire for his antisemitic behavior, Ye is asking for forgiveness. "I am done with antisemitism," the rapper wrote on X/Twitter. "I love all people."

The embattled rap mogul claimed on X Thursday (May 22) that he's turned a new leaf and that his time with anything associated with antisemitism is "done." "I am done with antisemitism," he wrote to kick off a series of posts.

The rapper's antisemitism was first exposed in 2022 when he went on several Jew-hating tirades that resulted in him being dropped from several companies.
