Israel Olympic bobsled team captain AJ Edelman says his team was allegedly burglarized in Prague days before their first Winter Olympics.

Israel's first bobsled team is set to compete in the Milan Cortina Winter Games. The team includes a diverse group of athletes, such as a pole-vaulter, sprinter, and former Olympian in skeleton.

Passports and “thousands of dollars” worth of other items were among what was taken, Israeli bobsled pilot AJ Edelman said.

An apartment where the Israeli bobsled team was staying at for training ahead of the Winter Olympics was robbed, according to the bobsled pilot.
