Australian radio host Marty Sheargold has been fired after going on a misogynistic rant about the country’s women’s soccer team.

Comedian Marty Sheargold and the Triple M radio program bearing his name did not go to air on Wednesday after he and the station were forced to apologise for comments he made about the Matildas.
