After a chilly morning with lows dipping into the mid-to-upper 30s in most metro areas, Portland will see a mostly sunny Thursday that warms to about 58 degrees. The National Weather Service says skies should stay mostly clear with some scattered clouds through much of the weekend as high pressure remains over the region.
