Kamala Harris has hinted that she wants to stay involved in politics and foreign affairs after leaving the vice president's office, but she hasn't disclosed any plans so far.

DONALD Trump has begun his first official day as the 47th President of the United States. He appeared at The Washington National Cathedral around 11am on Tuesday for a national prayer service.

Harris, born in Oakland, California, in 1964, is a natural-born U.S. citizen under the 14th Amendment, which grants citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil.
