With two years remaining on what was viewed as a team-friendly contract at the time of signing (2022), Landry has joined Cooper Kupp, Deebo Samuel and Jonathan Allen in being given permission to shop around.

Cooper Kupp can certainly find some irony in the latest move made by the Los Angeles Rams. To likely replace his contract and role, they went out and signed a wide receiver older than Kupp: Davante Adams. Now the question becomes, what happens to Kupp?
