The Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners voted Tuesday to end a virtual online program’s services for elementary students and to close Bluford Drew Jemison STEM Academy West.

Virtual classes at Endeavour Elementary School will start, at the earliest, on Thursday after fire damaged the school.
