About Skydive Spaceland Skydive Spaceland is a three-generation family-owned and operated skydiving business headquartered in Rosharon, Texas, about 20 minutes south of downtown Houston, Texas.
The Boogie is organized by Start Skydiving and Team Fastrax, both of Middletown. It started Wednesday and ends today. “It’s a full-throttle activity,” instructor Clint Leighton said.
Sunday was the third day of the three-day Big O Boogie spectacle, which annually attracts hundreds of skydivers and spectators to Skydive Orange, the largest skydiving center in Virginia.
The accident happened at the Lost Prairie Boogie skydiving festival near Marion on Monday morning, when two jumpers slammed into each other as they fell to Earth.
