Postgraduate fellowships should be endorsed by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) or the Association of Postgraduate PA Programs (APPAP).

The Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Fellowship integrates fellows with both staff PAs and physician residents to strengthen postgraduate training.
