Irvine-based The Bascom Group, LLC has acquired Highridge Apartments, a 257-unit value-add apartment community in the coastal community of Ranchos Palos Verdes.

The Bascom Group is continuing its buying spree in 2024, and has bought a multifamily residential community, in the submarket of Bakersfield, California for about $56.63 million.

The Bascom Group has picked up a 257-unit apartment complex in Rancho Palos Verdes for $127 million, with plans to renovate.
