Despite early issues with PC performance, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers has retained fairly high concurrent player numbers on Steam. It reached a 24-hour peak of over 92,300 players in the last day. And that doesn’t account for console players enjoying the game on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The developer of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers has acknowledged issues with the game's performance and promised a patch is on the way.

While Leenzee's debut game, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, appears to have sound gameplay mechanics, its release has been marred by performance issues so severe that its rating plummeted to a "Mostly Negative" rating on Steam.
