ANDORRA LA VELLA, Andorra — Sepp Kuss couldn’t suppress a wide grin as he raced toward the finish line to become the first American in 10 years to win a stage at the Tour de France. After winning Sunday’s grueling 15th stage, Kuss threw his sunglasses into the crowd and put his arms in the air before covering his face, succumbing to emotion and exhaustion.

Sepp Kuss became the first American to win a Tour de France stage in ten years as he took first place on Stage 15 on 11 July.
INEOS Grenadiers’ Thymen Arensman won stage 14 of the Tour de France on Saturday, riding solo for the final 37km of a brutal day in the Pyrenees. Behind him race leader Tadej Pogacar added six seconds to his lead over Jonas Vingegaard.
